What you'll do
As a Software Associate at idele, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that will help you grow as a developer and contribute to the success of our platform. Here’s what we’ll rely on you to do:
- Dive into various facets of software development, from creating intuitive frontend interfaces to designing robust backend systems.
- Collaborate with our team to develop scalable features and ensure seamless integrations across our platform.
- Work on workflows involving LLMs, reasoning models, and data inference to push the boundaries of what our platform can achieve.
- Build and maintain efficient database structures that support the evolving needs of our platform and users.
- Explore cutting-edge tools and frameworks to refine and enhance idele’s capabilities.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform) for reliable, scalable deployment.
- Partner with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform bold ideas into impactful solutions.

Preferably you have...
- A solid understanding of both frontend and backend development, with experience in frameworks like React, Node.js, or similar.
- Familiarity with database design and management, including relational or NoSQL systems.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud, for scalable infrastructure.
- Exposure to workflows involving Large Language Models (LLMs), data inference, or reasoning models.
- A track record of experimenting with new technologies and applying them to solve real-world problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize systems efficiently.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices, from deployment pipelines to collaborative tools like Git.
