You’ll have the freedom to challenge long-held UI/UX conventions using AI and emerging no/low-code technologies, you’ll help build a next-generation software platform that leverages tools like Lovable and n8n, while applying your high-code expertise to architect a truly functional system. This unique role offers a rare opportunity to evolve from a traditional front-end engineer into a design engineer — combining both heavy tech with a deep understanding for the end-users experience.
MISSION
Big-box marketing platforms bury small businesses under dashboards and jargon. Idele exists to blow that bloat to pieces and hand creative control back to the people actually doing the work.
PRODUCT
A zero-input platform that ingests a company’s public footprint + raw brainstorm audio, calibrates for 48 h, then surfaces proactive, strategic guidance—no prompts required.
STAGE
Internal prototype is live; you’ll join during calibration-engine month, shape the MVP, and ship to our first design partners.
The role
As our front-end spearheader, you’ll transform our Lovable prototype into a captivating, user-friendly interface using React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS. You’ll be the go-to expert for turning ideas into engaging, fluid digital experiences that bring our platform to life.
Lead UX & visual design
Shape dynamic UIs with subtle interactions and thoughtful prompts to keep users delighted and engaged.
Implement
Own and refine our front-end architecture, ensuring a clean, high-performance experience through both no/low-code and high-code approaches.
COLLABORATE
Work with designers, backend developers, and marketers to rapidly iterate and bring collective ideas to life.

The skillset
We’re seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in frontend development who can build complex, engaging UI components and systems. You should have a solid grasp of web fundamentals—from HTTP to CSS—and be proficient in modern technologies.
- 3+ years building production React/TypeScript apps (Hooks, Vite, Tailwind)
- Proficiency within UI/UX Design and Principles.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex UI components and scalable systems.
- Deep understanding of web fundamentals, including HTTP, CSS, and responsive design.
- Proven track record turning Figma prototypes into shipped code you maintain.
- Ability to build custom components that extend a no/low-code foundation as needed.
