At Idele, we believe that in a post-AI world, every rule is up for debate. Here, the magic lies in knowing when to discard the rulebook and when to build on it. As our first dedicated software engineer, you’ll help build a next-generation software platform that leverages tools like Lovable, n8n and other no/low-code technologies, while applying your high-code expertise to architect a truly functional system. This unique role offers a rare opportunity to evolve from a traditional Software Engineer into a Product Engineer—using AI to empower development instead of solely writing code.
We’re currently building a prototype in-house to meet our own marketing needs and ensure we validate the idea in real usage scenarios. We want to bring a Founding Engineer into the fold during the prototyping phase, so by the time we pivot to building a broader MVP for external clients, you’ll have the background, context, and ownership to make things happen smoothly—and shape the product in ways that truly matter.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone who’s excited about joining early and be a part of taking our internal prototype to a market-ready MVP. Your objective will be to understand the foundation of the platform alongside the prototyping phase, but your real mission is to rapidly transition the prototype into a stable MVP that allows us to quickly go to market. You’ll tackle a blend of front-end and back-end tasks, orchestrate our AI integrations, and set the tone for rapid, iterative development.
LEARN & INTEGRATE
Get up to speed on our prototype’s architecture, user stories, and AI integrations. Propose enhancements where needed while absorbing the intricacies that will shape your work on the MVP.
ADAPT & SCALE
As we evolve from prototype to MVP, ensure key features are robust, user-friendly, and ready for broader usage. You’ll refine performance, add essential functionality, and tailor the product to new marketing demands.
OWN CORE TECH
Make critical decisions around front-end, back-end, and infrastructure. Strike the right balance between rapid iteration and laying a solid technological foundation that can grow with us.
COLLABORATE & IMPROVE
Work closely with the founding team—both marketers and tech minds—to brainstorm, offer feedback, and iterate. Promote best practices and maintain an environment of continuous learning and transparency.

We’re looking for a resourceful, can-do engineer who relishes variety and thrives on exploring both ends of the tech spectrum. You’re confident in a startup environment and excited to take on multiple roles without missing a beat.

The skillset
We’re not looking for perfection, we’re looking for the right fit. We’re seeking a well-rounded engineer with a solid grasp of modern web development and the adaptability and drive to learn on the fly. You’ll combine the best of both front-end and back-end worlds.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with Node.js, API design, and database principles (Supabase, Pinecone, or equivalent).
- Ability to set up and maintain integrations with external systems through sequence-based workflows via n8n.
- Broad understanding of web fundamentals, including HTTP, CSS, and responsive design.
- Ability to build custom components that extend a no/low-code foundation as needed.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and system performance tuning.
- Comfortable diving into unfamiliar territory, driven by curiosity and ambition.
